About this portal
This portal is operated by Full Circle Mgmt LLC for owners of second homes in North Georgia. By selecting a plan, signing an agreement or using an owner account, you agree to these terms. Your signed service agreement governs the specific scope of work; where the two differ, your agreement controls.
Accounts
Owner accounts are created as part of selecting a plan and signing an agreement. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for the accuracy of the property, access and contact details you provide.
Plans and services
Each plan includes a defined set of recurring services at a stated cadence, plus any add-ons you select. Work outside your plan — larger repairs, vendor projects and one-time services — is quoted and approved before it is performed, and appears as a separate line item on your next invoice.
Billing
Plans bill monthly in advance through our payment processor using the card on file. Approved one-time charges are added to your next monthly invoice. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect at your next renewal so your billing cycle stays predictable; scheduled changes are shown in your portal before they apply. Invoices, payment status and paid dates are visible under Billing.
Property access
You authorize Full Circle Management and vendors we dispatch to access your property as needed to perform the services in your agreement. Access details you provide are used only for that purpose. Please keep alarm codes, lockbox codes and gate information current in the portal.
Limitations and emergencies
Scheduled check-ins are periodic inspections, not continuous monitoring, and cannot prevent every loss. We are not a substitute for homeowner's insurance, an alarm service or a licensed trade where one is required. In an emergency we will act reasonably to limit damage and will contact you as soon as practical; emergency labor and vendor costs outside your plan are billable.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with the notice stated in your signed agreement. Service continues through the end of the paid period, and amounts for work already performed remain due.
